I’ve been ghosted by three companies after final round interviews. I prepped, I presented, I followed up. And then? Nothing. Not even a we went another direction email. It’s been weeks in some cases, and the silence is starting to feel personal. Is it worth following up again, or should I take the hint and move on?

Second day in a row that I just want to respond to partners telling them to do whatever “it” is themselves. Stop calling me when you finish up your afternoon run when I’ve been rotting at my desk for over 15 hours a day every day this week. That is all.
