I’ve been here a month and I’ve received zero formal training, but I get lectured every time I do something the wrong way. When I ask for a manual or a process doc, they tell me to use my intuition, but then they get angry when my intuition doesn't match their unstated preferences. How do you deal when the expectations are never defined but the criticism is constant?

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.
