I’ve been interviewing for Staff/Principal Product Designer roles and have come to the realization that I’m really bad at interviews (not a total shock, but I now see just how bad I am 🙃)

I’ve been lucky enough to land quite a few interviews over the last couple of months. I generally do well in recruiter screenings and advance to the next stage. Hiring manager and portfolio reviews is where I’m usually hitting the wall.

Are there interview recordings or something like that I could watch?

If a person wouldn't clear the interview in Accenture, will the person be not eligible to apply for other jobs opening in Accenture for next 6months?

Got my Salary Account in HDFC, not kidding, entering the bank and getting out was mere 20 minutes. That was super cool. Like they say, the first impression of the last impression. No papers nothing, all online. I atleast expected them to ask for a passport size photo, not even that, Awesome experience. Kudos to HDFC.

2020 grad M&A/PE Associate in LCOL area thinking about moving to a ECVC/M&A boutique. I generally like the work I do and the people I work with, but I really don’t like the hours and the constant late nights and weekends. Currently on pace for 2250. Boutique I have been eyeing has billable hour requirement of 1500-1600 and comes with a 20-25% paycut. Is this a stupid idea and should I grind it out until I can move in house? Will this ruin my opportunities down the road?

Please, I need your opinion on this. I have 6 years of experience as a software developer and just finished my masters degree in data science. Now I am looking for a job here in the US. I went through the hiring process with this company and finally got an offer. They offered 88k/year and I responded opening a negotiation. They emailed me back saying that I am no longer in this process anymore with no further explanation and in Thanksgiving day. Is that normal?that email really got me very upset

Why are people so hesitant to hire disabled candidates?

I am a visually impaired practitioner in South Africa, with 7 years of experience, and as soon as recruiters or business owners hear/read that I'm disabled, the conversation gets awkward and I never hear from them again.

Possible routes to landing a tech job from outside the United States. Ideally looking for a sponsorship, to move to the states. Helpful resources ?
