What’s the worst review experience you’ve had?

Any other 60 yr old unemployed life long techies out there? I have to admit, being unemployed at 60 is a bit expressing. I've started a couple business that went no where. And freelance isn't as easy as I thought it would be. I welcome your comments

I will be joining PWC AC Bangalore in couple of weeks for SAP tech stack.
I am joining from a product based company. So wanted to know how we are assigned to projects. Will there be any client interviews. If yes will it be very tough? Do we get a say in the projects we can get to work or its usually assigned and we have to take it up.

I recently transitioned from a small, boutique agency to a global agency — meaning I went from being on an account team of 2, to being on a team of 10+. I’m also not currently managing anyone (and I miss it!). I entered this new role promising myself to set new boundaries since I’m used to measuring my success by my stress level. However, old habits die hard. I feel underutilized six months into the role. How can I adjust to finally having support and resources after years of abuse?

I’m the only Dad on my team. Last night we had to work till 8. Not because we were swamped. But because the entire team just felt like goofing off for two hours instead of getting the work done....

My ECD keeps changing our work before it goes to client and it's cost us making good work. Our books are suffering because he can't get his hands off the tools. Our books are only full of spec now.

My book is just spec and side projects. I’m trying to get a new junior-to-mid role because I’ve gotten nothing good produced where I’m at, and I have zero faith this will change if I stick around.

I’m asked for work samples from recruiters and CDs even though I make clear that what I’ve done doesn’t reflect who I am as a creative. Think CRM/DM/B2B stuff. They insist on it, and I never hear back afterwards.

Not sure what to do. Almost feel like I’d be better off erasing my agency experience.

How do I ask for a role change? I currently work as a designer for a company and when I have down time I work on social media for the company. Social media doesn’t seem to be a huge focus at the moment but there is a lot of potential in the industry. How do I go about asking to run social media full time instead?
