Got my Salary Account in HDFC, not kidding, entering the bank and getting out was mere 20 minutes. That was super cool. Like they say, the first impression of the last impression. No papers nothing, all online. I atleast expected them to ask for a passport size photo, not even that, Awesome experience. Kudos to HDFC.

My partner and I bought our home back in 2020. We got a good deal, low rate. But we want to move into a more spacious SFH. However, as we all know this market is crazy. Everything we want costs $620k+ and bc of rates it makes our mortgage estimates $3500+. We are currently paying $2k.
