I’ve been learning to code through YouTube, but I get stuck when applying concepts to real projects. How do students bridge this gap before their first job?

A learner at Amquest Education faced the same issue he knew the basics from YouTube but froze when building real projects. Amquest’s software engineering course helped him turn theory into practice through structured, hands-on projects. Instead of just following tutorials, he worked on guided tasks like building a blog platform or debugging full-stack apps. Weekly mentor feedback helped him understand where he was going wrong and how to fix it . He also learned to collaborate using Git and work in small project teams, which simulated a real job environment. This real-world exposure gave him the confidence to take on freelance gigs even before finishing the course. That’s how structured, feedback-driven learning helps bridge the gap between passive learning and job-ready coding.

Solve a debate for me I think my husband is way underpaid. He has 5 years of experience in all kinds of dev but has specialized in cloud computing. What would you think a remote employee should be making with 5 years of experience.

At what age/ level of experience should one expect to do an mba?

Hello everyone!
I'm happy with the job I do but I expect a better compensation. I'm a B.com graduate, worked in operations for 3.5 years and moved to a technical role within the same company because I have always been passionate about tech. Now I have 1.5 years of experience as a product support engineer and am pursuing MCA in cloud computing. I have a package of 6.3 LPA. I'm expecting around 10 LPA.
Please tell if I'm expecting too much. Also suggest what skills I should acquire to achieve this

Is there a career in IT where less people interaction and more focused work is involved, work is rather meaningful than deadline oriented non creative work.

I got an offer from LTI and Globant with the same package and having approximately 6 years of experience. Where should I join?
