If you can afford it yes. But do some research first bf you commit.
That's not a massive pay cut, so if you think the new team would be good to work with it might be a good idea. When making decisions like this I always try to game out how things might be in a year, or a few years. It might be good to think about how you might grow in the job, what you'd learn at the new firm, or, perhaps, what you might miss about your current situation.
Definitely learn more and fine tune my skills & I don’t really miss anything about my situation now other than the familiarity of the work

That is completely up to you. You know your strengths and weaknesses. If you are indecisive on it, then get a sheet of paper and write the pros and cons of each position. Then by all means pray. Whichever you feel in your deep gut to work for and it feels completely right, without any doubts, do that.
