How have you reconciled the Bible to evolution science?

I’ve been rabbit holing on creationism vs evolution to bolster my faith.
So far, I’ve seen Kent Hovind and Ken Ham.

However, I’ve found that most of their arguments have serious flaws, particularly the Ken Ham vs Bill Nye debate. So, it’s really tough to think about.

I’m looking for beyond the intelligent design argument, which I agree with, but argues only for the existence of a God not the one of the Bible.

Does anyone have a list of the things (food, drink, other OTC meds) that make adderall less effective?
