I've been reflecting on the importance of knowing my worth when it comes to salary negotiations. It's surprising how many people hesitate to discuss their achievements and how they contribute to the company. Had a very serious query. In my current organization I was not under taxable bracket by any means so I didn't submit any investment declarations or anything. But I'll start a new job in 2 weeks where I'll be under taxable bracket. I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
