I've been stuck on Google Team Match process for over 3 months now after being approved by Hiring Committee and I'm feeling quite insecure about getting an offer. Is there anyone that is / was on the same position that could provide any feedback or ways to speed up the process?

The micromanaging is unbearable. The lack of trust is mind boggling. The constant berating in emails sent to multiple people instead of privately is just asking for trouble. I’m at my wits end and all my AGM can say is suck it up
