*before anyone asks, no, I didnt get enough points to move everything (Biggest option was 2bdrm; I have a 3bedroom 1800sqft place full and a loaded garage) so was forced to downsize and choose the self-move option and just downsize my life* 😊

Took my first ever sick day today on account of my very poor and worsening mental health. Just could not bring myself to put in another 14 hour day with back to back meetings and constant activity. Felt very guilty but I honestly wish I could be more honest and actually share with my manager about why I took a day off.

For those also going through this, any tips on how you manage yourself day to day? What self talk tends to help?

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I know it would take alot more time and resources to develop but more games sould come with accessibility features like color blind mode and maybe a bullet time for jumps.
