I’ve been with my current employer for 3mon, but I’m realizing it’s not the right fit due to misalignment with their business model and lack of manager support. I’m considering looking for another job, but would leaving after such a short time reflect poorly on my resume? (Assuming I find something quickly.) Would love any advice!
