Hi, my I485 is pending. Priority is July 2014 EB3. I-485J is for a software developer but I moved to different role (HR) within the same company. How will it affect my GC processing? Is there a way I can move to a different company in HR? Or is it best to stay with the same company until I get my GC?

For those of you who have been sober longer and also have an active social life, do you have tips on the transition? Did you seek out new friends or just change the way you hung out with existing ones

Nothing used to make me happier than my end of work cocktail on Friday evening. I’ve been replacing it with soda for the last few months but that’s getting old / isn’t an exciting way to mark the transition to weekend. What do you drink on Friday nights?
