Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? I know another AA that handles 3+ people but idk if she’s hourly or salary. Any thoughts?

Started vyvance. I’m eating a lot, super hydrated, no caffeine and I still feel super weird. I’m calm and my brain feels great but physically my eyes are soo dry and my body just feels disassociated. It’s only been three days. Does this pass?

Any tips for organizing a bedroom, closet, dresser & bathroom? My teen has IADHD, and low executive functioning. Her room looks like a land mine. Clean clothes are mixed in with dirty, her desk is a disaster, she won’t let go of clothes she’s outgrown, drawers are open with clothes hanging out. A therapist said to close her door if we don’t want to see it but it’s more than that. She needs this important life skill & I don’t know how to help. Easier to organize w/o her but that’s not a solution.

How do people increase their credit score? Mine’s only around 790/770 for transunion/equifax respectively and its been like that for a while now. Hey I’ll. I’ve decided to take the leap into sobriety. Something that my upbringing and career will make difficult, but at this time it’s my only path forward if I want to keep my family and job. How do you all get through work events being sober?

Been doing the alcohol experiment, on day 26. Hosted a family for dinner- my kids were awful and my husband was super stressed running the grill. Our guests brought my favorite Rose and it took everything in me not to have some. I still feel it 😞
