No, if I got a job offer without meeting someone I would assume it was a scam trying to access my banking information. Which apparently is a real thing. I've heard of companies using AI but I haven't seen any obvious examples of it yet. I'm not a fan of it, but what can you do, there's so much hype about AI that companies feel like they have to use it.

I know that some other associates at my level are approximately 30% behind other associates in hours on a month to month basis. Yet all of these associates say they are “at capacity”, and myself and another associate still end up being assigned work instead of them. How do we handle this? For reference, all associates are around the firms minimum requirement, it’s just that a few of us are 30+% over and it is leading to burnout.
