Happy Sunday. For some reason, it’s 4:20 somewhere.

Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch, please share your stories. In need of some motivation

Typically I don’t prepare and then do an 8ball shortly before my appearance on the panel.
Hahaha. Perfect.
First, most moderators will give you some idea of the questions they'll be asking. If they haven't done so, you may want to reach out to them and suggest a few questions. I would also recommend reaching out to your fellow panelists, so there's a little familiarity before you're talking together.
Lastly, just be confident in yourself! If you've been invited onto the panel, they're clearly interested in your expertise. This is the time to show your skills!
You may also reach out to your enterprise corporate affairs team - they should have presentation and q&a tips for you and may be interested to confirm if there will be media attending/reporting or if the panel will be taped and made available online after the fact.
Have three things you want to say on the topic. Write and rehearse them. And answer the moderator's first question with one of them.
Be yourself. Know the subject that’s being covered and jot down some notes pre-panel. Be prepared for the topic to drift. Be yourself.
Get the moderator’s questions in advance. A good one will share them so you are prepared. A bad one won’t and might have their own agenda
Picturing people naked doesn’t work. Best thing to do is hire strippers and put them in the audience.
