Hii guys, need 11 likes to dm. 😊 Thanks
Hey Folks. I hope I am posting in the right space about this. Anyone knows the updated(2022) compensation range for QA Automation Engineers with 2 years experience?
A general range at Glassdoor has an average base pay at 110K/year shorturl.at/dhuIZ and I am looking for more sources. Cheers

I used to hate feedback because I took it personally. I thought it was a reflection of who I was. But my mentor helped me see that feedback isn’t about me as a person, it’s about the job and how I can do it better. Now I welcome feedback because it’s how I grow, learn where I can improve, and ultimately earn more. I’m not a bad person. I’m human, with skills that can get stronger. The more I grow, the more value I bring, and the more money I can make. How do you use the feedback given to you? I usually think about it, try to understand it, then I create a plan to action on it.
Absolutely, I also try to implicate that attitude into my everyday life. I was quite over weight and over Christmas had some critisim from the in laws about it. I took it hard but with the help of my colleague she got my exercising and I'm feeling much healthier.
Gosh, this used to be such a hard thing for me. I would take everything so personally and it would totally ruin my whole day if somebody gave me negative feedback. I'm trying to teach myself to welcome it now, and recognize the growth opportunity. But it's still really hard not to take it personally.
I completely agree. I'd rather be told how i can improve than everyone just thinking I'm rubbish at something. We all have that person you know will mess up a task and I don't want It to be me.
I used to have a lot of problems receiving feedback, I tended to regard it as a personal attack. Which I know regard as a dumb attitude, but for a while that's where I was. If feedback is meant in good faith, it's actually quite valuable as it will lead you to improving your game. Which isn't to say that all feedback is golden, you do have to be judicious in assessing it. But good feedback is valuable.
I think if you're giving feedback you need to be mindful how it could come across. All feedback is valuable but it can be hard to hear sometimes.
