Cushman & Wakefield Interested in a Sales Associate position at Cushman & Wakefield. I have experience as a government analyst for 7 years but nothing related to commercial real estate. I want to become a more competitive applicant but not sure where to start. Are there any certificates, skills, or knowledge that I should be learning in my free time?

Workplace culture + leadership could help shape this in a positive way, which I have seen firsthand as effective in two other industries I’ve worked in. However, leadership and workplace culture does not seem to prioritize nurse experience in the workplace – and by experience I mean how training and learning is shaped for the nursing segment of healthcare - as much as it prioritizes profit, patient experience e.g. “Customer experience“, and throughput. Nurses, young or old, are going to continue to bristle at “one more thing“ on their plate to absorb when they’re already at capacity for everything else, and likely dig their heels in and do what feels most comfortable for them, whether it’s the best thing in the long run or not. And lackluster leadership oftentimes would rather let the struggle be intergenerational rather than address the problems that have been there all along - in adequate nursing support, unsafe staffing/planned chronic short staffing, and an inadequate number of nurse educators on staff.
Wow that Serious 🧐? Well , honestly , we have to play their game it’s their generation their technology. Remember they never learned Cursiv ? That right there should tell us everything . Get to cracking because at the rate we are going, AI is replacing us meaning they too will loose their positions 😳
Let everyone continue to nurse the way that want too. There are plenty vital things that both sides can contribute to and exchange with each other. The app is probably only designed to expedite the non nursing factors, track, and calculate cost. This should allow nurse’s older and newer to spend more time at the bedside, more time for accurate documentation and more time to help one another and answer call lights. This should translate to everyone having a pleasant experience, staff, work, and working environment. Most of all the patient getting well sooner to be discharged from the hospital or where they were seeking healthcare from.

I agree, forcing change isn’t going to make people want to collaborate. I think I they have plenty they can learn from one another.
It might be helpful to look at your assumptions critically on both sides. Just as we don't evaluate by saying someone is "stable" without an analysis first. For instance, proclaiming that people are "in the stone age" is inflammatory, vague, and careless rhetoric. Your leader needs to step it up here.
