I’ve realized some workplaces don’t lack talent, they lack alignment. Everyone’s working hard, just not in the same direction. Have you experienced that?

My boss has a temper and will often blow up at people publicly. Is it out of place for me to express how disrespectful I think this is and how much it kills moral around the office? & How do I do it?
