Thoughts on getting the CSM certification?

Salesforce Commerce Cloud - what are your thoughts and is it worth it to specialize in the platform?

I feel like every company lies about “working your way up.” You’re never allowed to blatantly say that you don’t like your position and you’d like to transition to HR or Finance. It’s almost as if once you get in claims, you’re stuck.

If you’re a manager and you see an employee that wants to branch out into a different department, why would you keep them boxed in for 2+ years?

Are there some background mechanics that I’m missing?

I was wanting to know if it’s possible to start a career as a Project Manager in the marketing/advertisement world? I have a few years of PM experience without the “official title” of Project manager. I am close to finishing my Grow with Google Project Management Program as I am now on course 6/6. I’m not looking for any kind of mid-level position. Simply trying to get my foot in the door as a PM for the marketing industry and wanting to know if that’s a realistic goal.

Do CFP CPA CFA and MBA make that big of a difference in the RIA world? I’ve seen very successful individuals with all 3 and without any at all

Can an ADA make the jump to big law or a boutique litigation firm? I’m a NYC ADA (DANY/KCDA) from a Tier 2 law school (top 45% only) and top 10 undergrad. Can experience make up for mediocre grades?

I'm 1 year out of college and recently inherited $400k and have another $120k saved up from internships and work.

I know the standard thing to do is DCA into an index fund/ETF but is there anything else I should be doing to invest my money and hedge against inflation. Can I export a list with all emails I sent for the month? I would like to use it to compare to my billed time to make sure I don’t miss anything. Usually I go through my sent inbox but it has so much extra info so it’s not a quick scan. Plus outlook does weird things sometimes like combines conversations so I only see most recent sent item in that convo. Alternatively, do you have a good way confirming you caught all of your email time?

What certifications are good for technical project manager? I was thinking to start with PSM and PSPO and then move to ITIL, ITSM. Not sure about this though. Not planning to do PMP as I think it’s more waterfall focused. Was also thinking about AWS. Any other certifications recommended?
