I've received an offer from ZS and submitted my documents for verification on the IDfy portal. There's an issue with my PF portal dates: I left Wipro after 5 months but didn't pay the bond, so they didn't give a relieving letter and marked my exit 25 days after joining Infosys. I've tried contacting Wipro HR without success. Will ZS focus on Infosys or check Wipro's records? My joining date with ZS is September 15th. Any advice? Thanks!

Any advice on a first year trying to transition from family law to in-house? I always thought family law was my path, and used to enjoy it, but it’s not the direction I want to head in anymore. I don’t think I even want to continue with any litigation work. I’m having a hard time finding firms that are hiring entry level associate positions that don’t require at least 3+ years experience in-house. I am currently working for a city and have been with my current position for about a year. Work-life balance and colleagues are great. I came from private practice prior to my current position. There’s a strong demand for laterals now; and I am thinking about going back to private practice because current salary is substantially lower (about 40% lower) than what I can get in private practice. Has anyone here thought about going back to private practice for the salary boost?
