Same company or not you're still interviewing different people with their own style of interview evaluations. Just take it all in and work on the areas where you can improve. Part of interviewing is the fine art of reading the room and trying to adapt to their personalities.
Just be yourself
Sometimes the safe bet is just stick to the star format regardless of the question. But lately the interview I've been apart the questions aren't situational. More of the traditional style of "tell me about your leadership style?" Or "tell me how you handle difficult conversations?" Not necessarily situation based but you can weave in a star story if you are savvy enough.
You should aim to please both by adjusting to a situation. Some questions require shorter responses to make your point whereas other might require more details an analogy, etc.
Receiving feedback means you still have time. However, interviews are not questions only. Are you going to another round. Or this is to stay on top of at your next company?
