@Bain folks (London office) - What is the salary for Associate Consultant (Experienced Hire) after the recent hike. Is it same as AC (Graduate hire)?

I have 2.5 years of experience.

What is the perception of a McKinsey solution role that is a CSP? Can I exit to tech? Would the role be better than the T2 role I have now?

I have requested my HR for a revised joining date by 1 week at PwC as my last working day at my current company and PwC was colliding.
The HR assured me of an addendum letter but so far after 2 weeks I haven't received anything as such.
