I join tcs by changing my profile and my previous exp was in 5 yr pre-sales.
I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.
I am giving 12hour daily in my job to adjust in new profile. And affecting my health now.
Shall I quit the job and move with my husband with on dependant visa? Or i shall continue to get pressurized and wait for my onsite?
Plz suggest.

Getting paid 85k base with 40k in bonus plus about 35k~ in OT.

Money isn’t everything but in my late 20s it feels like the only thing important right now.

WLB is next to zero as 60hr weeks are the minimum as of late. Management feels like they are trying to push a few of us out. Was told not to expect much come year end for comp. Any suggestions on finding a new role/pay expectations?

Do you think you and your significant other should have similar personalities? My significant other and I are doing long distance and I feel like when I FaceTime with him, I emote more and show interest by asking more questions but from his end, he doesn’t always have a reaction or just nods, and it makes me feel like he’s uninterested. I have an offer from Accenture. During interview I have informed about the location specification. However recieved offer with some other location. Based upon HR's confirmation I have accepted the offer and after a month I have recived updated offer with my preferred location , this time she also updated package components where package is decreased from my actual offer.
How should I deal with this,they are sending updated offer letters with multiple errors

Hi.. I got an offer from Infosys. I have an experience of 5 years 9 months and my current CTC is 11 LPA. They have offered Senior Associate Consultant role with 13 LPA. I’m not sure how the hierarchy works here. Did they offer good designation or do I need to negotiate for a better role?
