I want to understand hierarchy at HCL technologies, I have received an offer from HCL with the position of senior technical lead but band is E2. I have 8 years of experience as a developer.
Is this good for the yoe or should I ask for E3 band?

Comparable Comps for Micro-cap software companies...

Trying to understand market value for a target and struggling to find comparable comp set. I’m new to working on deals this small and any guidance on how to approach this would be appreciated (I.e., specific resources to reference, type of multiples typically used - Ebitda or rev. NTM/ LTM).

Target info: >$2MM rev., ~100K EBITDA, ~10% YoY growth

With everyone seeming to be “hiring” I’ve had job interviews with various firms: EY, Plante Moran, Doren Mayhew, Rehmann, to name a few..
Apparently I just suck at interviewing, or the firms in my area are not hiring. 🤦

Getting a tour of an agency tomorrow.
I've done my due diligence and researched their clients, awards, culture, etc to ask question.
