Start by waking up and screaming in the morning as loud as you can. That helps
Do you scream into a pillow or into the void?

I tried to stop it and then tried to switch to decaf and was MISERABLE. My doctor told me a cup a day was fine, just no extra large triple espressos. It’s my first, I had my cup of coffee every day and my OBGYN said it was fine. Fingers crossed for you!!!
Nope, 8 oz should be ok.
I switched to matcha since starting the TTC journey. Yes, it tastes like grass but the energy is more sustained. If I run out and have a coffee I definitely feel the difference
One cup is totally fine. I was badly addicted to 3 cups a day so I slowly cut back (third cup was half-caff, then second two cups were half-caff, then third cup was decaf, etc), and it worked pretty well without triggering withdrawal headaches.
Chamberlain Coffee Curious Cat is pretty good half-caff and my favorite decaf is Blue Bottle if you’re looking to cut down, but they say under 200 mg of caffeine per day is fine for trying to conceive.
My doctor said to have a less than 8oz cup of coffee a day. I lowered it to 4oz and he said that was fine! Wishing you all the best in your cycle!!!🙏🏼
I kept my one cup a day, and everything went smoothly! My doctor said staying under 8 oz was totally fine, so I didn’t stress about it.
I stopped drinking coffee and diet coke all together from a day or two before transfer. Have missed the coffee but dealing.
I think the official guidance is 200mg or less of caffeine per day. I’d just warn that not every cup of coffee is brewed the same and the actual caffeine levels can vary quite a bit. I kept my once a day coke zero (~30mg of caffeine) from transfer on and had no issues.
Nope, absolutely not.
During my first pregnancy, I just about cut out caffeine for the first trimester. The moment that the 2nd tri started, boom! Daily debilitating migraines! I asked my doctor what I should take and she suggested exception migraine. Key ingredients? Acetaminophen, aspirin, and CAFFEINE! I just went the straight forward route and added my English tea back into the mix. Migraines gone!
Fast forward now to pregnancy number 2, I made no effort to cut out caffeine. I keep it to a limit, but I don’t skip it.
I did not stop my morning coffee while doing fertility treatments. One cup (8-12oz max) was within my risk tolerance.
