Just quit my toxic law firm, and i have never felt lighter. I have to stay for 3 months for the notice period, I don’t have anything lined up yet but I’m just so relieved to leave such a horrible team. I lost 10 pounds in one month because of the toxicity.

Do I have to notify the ARDC of this change (IL licensed)? Do I have to immediately switch to inactive status or can I stay active in case I decide to keep practicing law just a few months later? BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.
