I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

Honestly, I am at the same point. Am I making enough to say no to promotions? No. But do I make enough? Yes. And I'd rather make this much and have the time I do currently to live out the other important things about life than have a better status at work. I'd mostly say no to a promotion as well,
I rushed my previous promotion, and I regret it so much! Sometimes, the pay really isn't worth missing out on life.
I am letting my career take a backseat to focus on myself more. They're not going to be happy until you bring in more revenue or k*ll yourself trying.
Prioritize your personal goals 🫶
My team is giving me a lot of feedback to pick up more work, but I have to remind myself that they really aren't looking out for me.
True wlb still matters to some people.
