Just told (in my 4th year) that I will not be a resource inclusion teacher for the rest of the year I will be a co teacher with foundational learning teachers. I am so upset right now I share a classroom with 2 other resource inclsuion teachers and we have been asking for help because we have not been meeting minutes of students and isntead of helping us they took me away to help with foundational learning (I dont get my own class I will just go between the two teachers that we already have)

Y'all, I am STRUGGLING. I teach K-2 mild/mod SDC. My students seem to have reverted back to acting like toddlers. They are whining, crying, screaming, hitting, kicking.
