I am currently working as a Product Owner with 4.5 years of experience. I hold an offer of ₹22 LPA (₹20 LPA fixed + ₹2 LPA variable), which also includes a ₹2 LPA joining bonus. I have completed my MBA from a Tier-1 institute.

I wanted to seek inputs from experienced professionals here—does this compensation align well with my experience and role, or would it be reasonable to push for a higher CTC at this stage of my career?
