Ladies..need some guidance.

Interviewing for a presitous AUSA’s office Tuesday. I’ve interviewed for this office before about three years ago was gutted when it didn’t work out. A lot happened in those three years I managed to go to an Am50 firm, worked there for a while, and burn out after working three out of four weekends a month that entire time. I think your questions have always plagued women in law so I'm not sure there's a right answer. Or if there is I haven't found it. You make the best decisions you can with the information you have at the time and what's right for you and your family.

If it is a big/busy office like sdny for example, I’ve heard the grind is even worse than big law/obviously less pay. I’d be curious what you mean by prestigious but also if the smaller or less prestigious offices have better wlb

How is this designation. How is the work life balance, growth & internal hike in Schneider Electric . Also, what will be the in hand salary in this CTC. YOE - 6.8, Tech Stack - Salesforce. The HR literally argued & gave me the exact same CTC which I had already from another company. How is the work culture here . Location - Bangalore.

I started my job in 2020. I haven't fill ITR till now. My CTC is below 5LPA.

1. Can we fill the ITR for previous years? If yes then...Will it cause any issue?
2. What would happen if I start filling ITR from this year only and skipping for previous years?

I need to turn in a two week notice, but my boss has a week of PTO scheduled (one of many weeks this summer). He still “checks in” via email and IM while on leave. Is it unacceptable to turn in a notice while he’s technically on PTO, even if he’s still checking in periodically?
