What are all the rounds of interviews in Deloitte USI? I had going through Technical and HR. Was expecting there would be some salary discussion during HR round, but wasn't any. Although they took my current CTC structure. I was told Talent team deals with salary and not the manager who contacted the HR round. Can someone please let me know what can I expect further? Don’t leave. Linked in is flooded with people unemployed for over a year, about to lose their homes. Do the things you love on your own time. Rediscover hobbies. Learn how to invest a little if you haven’t, if your comp/ benefits are good.
Agree!
Don’t go back to agency life. In-house means you can actually form longer term relationships with people that can meaningfully affect your career.

Stay on the corporate side. Better benefits and pay. Do something on the side to foster your creativity.
