Last week, I closed a deal I'd been nurturing for months - the client literally said my presentation sold them. But when our VP announced it at the all-hands, somehow my male teammate got the spotlight. I'm sick and tired of this pattern. Even though my commission check will be nice, I'd like to get some recognition every once in a while. How do you handle situations like that?

My family keeps recommending medical sales, my bank account recommends finishing the degree that cost me an arm and a leg, and my heart is conflicted in so many areas of interest - PT, Psych, sales, etc. I am currently working as a patient care technician but do not see this as my end goal. I have done masters in commerce and i have experience of 3.5 yrs working on support project related to Bloomberg fundamentals consultation with bare minimum package of 2.6 lpa as a ctc. Is doing some courses from after market such as power bi ,sql etc will help me to raise my package or should i switch by upscaling my skill or without it as environment is toxic and they will not let me grow.kindly share your insight to help me choose better career path.

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
