I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

Must be in the US. Here in the UK 4 weeks is the law.
It certainly wouldn't be a place I would look for a job. I agree with another, it seems stingy.
Wow, that's very surprising! Most companies these days offer at least some PTO from day one, even if it's a smaller amount. It sounds like they might be trying to cut costs, which could be a red flag.
That's a blazing red flag. I'd tell your friend to seriously reconsider if they want to work with that company.
This reminds me of a place I applied to years ago. They had a high turn over rate so they kept any incentives for people who stay.
My current job doesn't offer PTO until after one year, and no paid holidays ever. Huge turn over here because even with days ahead notice or doctors note stating you cant work, you still get demerits for absence, I truly hope its not becoming a trend
For holidays? No. After the 90 day probation period, sure. Either their probation period is 90 days or a year. Not both. Tell her kick them to the curb. I'm in the running for a government position that as some strict clearance issues so the probation period is a strict year but most benefits start in the first 30 days, full benefits after 90 days. I understand their 401k stuff but either offer all of it or don't.
I wouldn’t work there for sure.
