As a mathematician, the answer cannot be determined by the available data. Did the 6 elephants see the same two monkeys or did each see different monkeys.
Please resubmit with a Venn diagram of rabbits, elephants, monkeys and parrots.
Inconclusive. Hear me out:
- we know the rabbit was going to the river (“while going...”)
- we don’t actually know whether or not the elephants are going. It doesn’t say that they are, but it also doesn’t say that they aren’t.
- it is unclear how many monkeys are going. It is possible that all six elephants saw the same two monkeys - but it’s possible that some elephants were looking the other direction and saw two different monkeys.
- the number of parrots = the number of monkeys. this much is clear

1 rabbit

2 parrots
No elephants were going towards the river, but they all saw 2 monkeys, and both monkeys had a parrot going towards the river
Interpretation. Does “in their hands” mean they are using one hand or two to hold a parrot?
A parrot is singular.
Is it every elephant saw 2 monkeys or each elephant saw 2 monkeys?
It’s written, isn’t it?
Are you one of those who always has a question about the question in an exam?
Parrots aren’t animals though. Are birds included in “animals”?
Oh man. That website. I’m buying one of those shirts.
So are birds mammals? Because I thought only mammals were animals. This is the kind of thing you learn when you’re 6 right?
10. The rabbit wasn’t going towards the river
“... while going to the river”?
Words have no meaning?
Also inconclusive since Animals is capitalized, meaning it is a proper noun so we don't know what 'Animals' is.
We absolutely do. They were an amazing band from the British invasion with such hits as "house of the rising sun" and "please don't let me be misunderstood"
What if the 2 monkeys think they're actually one rabbit? It is 2020, you know, genus-fluid and all.
Don't punch down, dude. It's not working for you
