Anyone know of an RN to BSN programs that do not require clinicals? It used to be this way but now most of the ones I come across, require clinicals. I work full time and been a nurse for over 10 years. I cannot see myself doing clinicals at this point in time..I am exhausted as it is.

Currently working as an LPC-R in Virginia and am quickly burning out with my current employer. Does anyone have any ideas of what a resident therapist can do ASIDE from traditional clinical counseling? I was able to secure an interview at Microsoft for the Customer Solutions Architecture position.
