How do the titles/levels work at Meta within Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) / Meta Business Group (MBG)? i.e. Is a BP&O Lead above or below a BP&O Program Manager and what IC levels do they correspond to?

Lead could be IC 4 or 5, but some associates are also IC 4. BP&O PM is IC 5. Job leveling is all kind of messed up here.

BP&O didn’t really get impacted much by the recent laid off (just fyi)

I’m testing for licensure in a few months and have been looking for opportunities such as teaching, training, or other positions in which I’d be working directly with people in some capacity.
