We got poor results at our current clinic and, happens that our clinic is rated lower on SART website. Wondering if the lab quality is the reason or if the clinic handles complicated cases that lead to lower outcomes. Overall, unsure if we should switch clinics or just try again at the current one. I was supposed to join Accenture on 1st October but on the onboarding day I got to know my background check is still pending and upon multiple follow ups with recruiter she told me my background check is clear in the back end but it's not getting updated correctly in the portal hence my onboarding is delayed Can any manager or leadership person guide me how to proceed or fasten the process. I don't see salary break-up in Accenture offer letter. Just fixed and variable amount is mentioned.

Currently serving notice period in TCS.
Will TCS extend LWD or stop the relieving letter if I don’t complete KT to my replacement before my LWD?
I see there is no possibility to complete KT in 2-3 months. It took me 6+ months to be completely aquatinted with my project post KT.
