I don't see salary break-up in Accenture offer letter. Just fixed and variable amount is mentioned.
Can anyone please let me know what all factors are involved in allowances and deductions ?

I had a technical discussion for HCL on 3rd Oct. It's been more than a week. I still haven't received a status on that interview. I have also received a "Resume shortlisted" mail from their careers app after a week.
Does it mean I'm selected? There's no intimation of the status at all. The HR don't reply on mails/calls.

I had recently joined a big software security company located in Bangalore (I'm working remotely from NCR till October). There is too much work, timing is normally more than 12 hrs, everyone including manager remain online till atleast 11pm. Sometime he pings too.
