I have filtered 2 offers out of 4. Below are those 2 offers.
A. Infosys - 14.6lpa including 2lacs variable + 2.5JB + permanent WFH. Indore base location
B. Mphasis- 20.5lpa including 1 lac variable+ 1 lac JB. No WFH. Pune base location.

I live with parents they are not willing for pune as it is far from my hometown and Indore is near to my hometown.
Permanent WFH with infy is the only advantage.
And they says money is not everything that is quiet right.

I worked in QA automation for 2 years in previous company and then 2.5 years in python automation scripting sort of work in current company..yoe is 5.1 and I'm getting all automation testing interviews only. first round is mostly coding which I'm confident about and easily clear it, but never got through second round which is deep into testing techniques.. idk what to do, 40 days np left and the offer in hand isn't satisfactory at all. Opinion: the major difference between a service based company and product based is the Hiring Manager. In product based interview you can get a good idea about the work you will be doing by discussing with HM. But not the case with service based where what will you do is based on what project company gets.
