Hi everyone! I’m trying to get into the tech field. I have some customer service experience with a tech company. I also have a certificate for IT support. Any leads or suggestions to get a job would be appreciated.

I have the option to leave Biglaw for in-house position at Fortune 100 for 320k TC with 10 YOE in HCOLC. This is my first in-house role and so I wanted others' thoughts on TC range for my level.

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.

Just heard my H1B petition was approved. Visa will be valid starting Oct 1, 2021. I am also scheduled to get promoted in October (unsure of which date exactly).
