Looking for advice on credits.

Beginning of the year I was told from my (now former) ECD that they would resurrect a concept of mine and use it for another brief.

I said: great, let me how I can help.

Fast forward to July, I see the campaign out in the world.

The concept/idea is the same. So it’s the tagline. The TV script is different from what I had back in the days.

Recently the ad aired, and my name is not mentioned anywhere. Do I have any right to credits in this scenario?

Why is it so difficult to make the next career move within your OWN company. I have over 7 years of experience across multiple departments and yet an external company is more willing to give an interview to select roles than your own home company for the same role internally!!

I'm reading this book on boundaries. In the work section it says I should tell my boss that I can't work after 5 PM. Knowing that advertising work commonly goes past 5 PM...would my job be in danger if I said that?
There's not really a rule book that says I must work until the work is done even though it's an unsaid expectation. Thoughts?
