If you're being told "take your full lunch" (because by law you need to be given a certain amount of lunch depending on how many hours you work) but then you're told, if work's not done you need to stay until it is, and now people don't want to take their full lunches because it means they'll have to stay after work longer, is that coercion a violation of any federal labor laws?

Ques: Is signing OL on the date of joining a normal thing to do? On what basis should I be confident to tell my current org that I am leaving. What if they revoke?

They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).
When I left Nagarro around 2 years back my fixed there was 11.50. Shall I consider this offer of Nagarro. Reason I want to change the job is because I don't have code based automation in my current organization and I have been an SDET in my whole experience.

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system. I always lacked the hardware side and thought this was a good move but I feel like I’m losing my digital skills and don’t enjoy the work. I’m in it for 7 months now.
