I have 6 years of experience as a Data Engineer and currently hold three offers. I need to make a decision soon as my joining date is in 25 days. Which of these would be the best move for long-term growth and work culture?

I’d love to hear your thoughts on the work-life balance

Been trying to find a new job because $112k just doesn't seem right for 3+ years as an Eng 3. On the east coast wanting to move out to California. Not getting many bites. Do employers ignore applications for people who would need to relocate?

Do any real people actually want schools to reopen as it stands now? Im hearing so much about it but it feels like a weird disconnected political thing and not a live humans with kids thing.
*Obv the goal is to get covid under control so kids can go back safely, this is assuming infection rates stay steady or continue to climb

Recently i was scheduled for an EY GDS interview on 5th of November but no one showed up and interview did not take place , what is it mean?

I have a question. I am a GDS employee wishing to relocate to another country as EY country “x” employee. The plan to relocate to country x was already in motion, if not EY then another org. The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. Is there a way I can approach this with my leaders? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

For the past month, while I'm booked for 45 hrs, I'm only getting work of around 2-3 hrs from the onshore.
Should I raise this issue and if yes, to whom?

Is it normal for senior managers to ask you to cancel leaves or to nit apply leaves in EY GDS? My manager told in all hands meeting yesterday to not apply leaves during tear end. Won’t this become a hr issue?
