I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. As S3 is also internally called as AM level, how much salary hike can i expect? I got EC as rating this year and have 5 years of experience.

Current salary 8LPA Fixed.
