My partner is looking into going back to school for a masters in sustainability management. He is looking at a program through the Harvard Extension School Sustainability Management certificate. I’m wondering if anyone has done this? Or recommends a program they hear good things about? Preferably online so we don’t have to move! TIA!

Anyone been asked to prepare a slide presentation for an interview about a recent deal you handled describing legal issues etc? I'm currently in house and so feel like this is potentially asking me to beach privilege and/or confidentiality. I could think back to a deal from when I was at a law firm but no way I remember those deals in sufficient detail. I am a Financial & Strategy Consultant (15+ yrs exp in Banking, Climate/Project Finance & Strategy Consulting) with a pending EB-2 NIW case. I got a request for additional evidence from USCIS. Most of my letters are from known experts. They want me to submit independent expert letters from people who can talk about the significance of my work to the Financial & Management field and US interest, from non-familiar persons. Anyone willing to write me an expert opinion letter highlighting above?
