Looking to move to Seattle (hiking and nature). How difficult is it to get a PM role at Microsoft? Do you need a referral?

Has anyone moved to ireland or visited for a long period of time. A role is opening up there and I have the potential to move. What are some things that I should consider. Currently live in SF, CA

I don't understand the point of hiring candidates. Its been more than two months and i am sitting idle. There is no updates from management. I am getting info like i will get half salary this month because of the bench policy. I m confused what to do next

I have some internships and some freelance under my belt since graduating portfolio school, and a current laptop that’s running on fumes ha.
I’m intimidated, cautious, yet super grateful to finally hear from someone.
