Anyone else struggling to get traction in recruiting? I thought I had a strong resume. Mckinsey EM with distinctive performance and accelerated designation. TMT focus. Worked in finance for 5 years prior to M7 MBA. Engineering from top undergrad. I got rejected from FAANG without even getting a first recruiter call. And I had strong referrals at all of them. Pretty dejected :(
