Luxurious problem: I work for a company I like very much, have the best line manager and team, can see myself staying there 10-15 years easily, but when I joined I did not negotiate fringe benefits right and ended up without a car allowance. Touched on the subject a couple of times with line manager, he “will see what we can do about it”. I will receive an offer for another company tomorrow. I am expecting 10% base salary raise, plus 10k car allowance (which I told them I also get currently) 1/2

My ctc shows 10lpa + 20lac esops. But I'm not sure if I'll get this 20lac stocks for free or do i need to buy them by paying? Distribution is 4lac per year for 4 years. Pls explain.

Just got offered a job at a small biotech in London (UK). ~£45k plus bonus but only 1YR FTC and no equity.
