I recently joined Visteon with a good package but I am really unhappy with the quality of work given to me. My peers are mostly clueless freshers from 3rd class colleges. I am starting to feel depressed and horrible. Upon communicating the same to my manager she says you should do what you are told to do, now she degrades me in team meetings.I am still on probation and planning to quit and run.But I am unsure if this will have bad consequences on my career. Everyone on my team is being hammered w/ projects & I feel quite bad when I'm just doing self-training & waiting for official training.

I firmly believe leadership makes the difference.

Not only, it highlins each one's value, but especially spreads this value among others.
I'm speaking about life, in a broad sense, which also include work life, but it is not limited to that.

I am currently in the interview process for becoming an Alt Ed teacher. I have not worked specifically with this group at the high school level. Does anyone have any suggestions for once I start?

I have worked in an alternative school that uses Plato for curriculum for the last two years, but next year we are changing to project based learning. Any advise to help me prepare this summer?
