Situation: I have a MBB and Amazon PMT offer for summer internship that I need to choose. MBB comes with FT offer, Amazon PMT will most likely result in return offer. If I go with MBB, I plan to exit to big Tech in 2-3 years. Y1 TC for both will be quite similar (around 230k).

I’m a nurse of 9 years looking to break into health informatics. I’ve held roles at the bedside, nurse leadership, and quality improvement. I'm currently on short term disability (but not on FMLA). Prior to leave, I started interviewing. I received multiple offers... Haven't accepted one yet, but more than likely will. I also know they can terminate me while I'm on STD and not protected by FMLA. If I give notice and they decide to terminate me on the spot, do I lose my STD benefits?
